SAT 3000/1500 – TN16 Continuous Tunnel Type Sandblasting Plant is designed to sandblast with a high quality, SA2.5, especially for the sheet metal which is thicker than 5 mm., and smaller than 3000 mm at width, and for the chassis which is smaller than 3000 mm at width, and 1500 mm at height. Spraying points are special plastered in order to adequately use all surfaces of the pieces to be sandblasted. By this means, all the surfaces of the pieces, manufactured by welding in zigzag motion, could be sandblasted homogeneously. In the SAT 3000/1500 – TN16 Continuous Tunnel Type Sandblasting Plant, there are 16 turbines of 7, 5 kW each. Six of these turbines are on the top, six of them are at the bottom and four of them are next to the machine.
